Sentechnics officially launched a new product - Runout and Edge Tear Measuring Device.

The device adopts the principle of infrared light projection, and utilizes the spatial position relationship between the conveyor belt tear sensor, conveyor belt frame and conveyor belt to measure the deflection of the conveyor belt and the width value of the conveyor belt in real time.

When the deflection of the conveyor belt continuously exceeds the set threshold value or the width of the conveyor belt continuously is less than the set threshold value, the device considers that the conveyor belt sends serious deflection or the edge is torn or abraded or longitudinally torn, and sends out acousto-optic alarm and stops the machine.
