In 1999, our team developed the first generation of steel cord conveyor belt
magnetic NDT device, we have been committed to product improvements and
upgrades ever since. In 2007, we enhanced the technology on the basis of
magnetic detection and eliminated the flaws of magnetic flux leakage, to
achieve a repetition rate of over 96%, overcoming a major challenge.
Our third
generation of magentic detection system is more advanced than any other product
in the industry. It's major advantage is its ability to detect broken cords,
rusting cords, severed fibre and splice movements/disintegration.

INTELLIGENT SOFTWARE
The new generation of testing software is
fully automated and runs unattended. The software is able to simulate the situation
inside the belt, depicting operating conditions of the steel cord, all can be
seen by the user.
Comprehensive test report directly
reflects the security situation of the belt, all faults, loss displayed on a
complete belt at a glance.
